Quick Take

The most legit coffee roaster cafe I’ve visited to date. They do 2 unique things.

Review

  1. They showcase their 4 different water filters. I’ve never seen that before at a cafe.

IYKYK. Water makes a huge difference in coffees. So fun that they showcase different filtration for everyone to try.

  1. They make a brew of each of their beans in their shop area (even a Geisha). They leave out insulated carafes of about 8 of the beans they sell. You can taste each of their beans brewed via pour over. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a place literally brew and have customers try before buying. Legit!

Anyway, you can tell they take their coffee seriously. Lots of cafes use their beans. The guy helping at the front was super friendly and helpful in finding out which beans you want.

The cafe is in a really random spot. The parking is a bit strange. But overall, worth the trek. Will be back to try more beans, water, and baked goods!
